• After making an appointment you will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes that you can add to your calendar. 
• If you are a first time customer at MTP Health you will also receive a digital intake form that we will need you to complete ahead of your appointment. Having this done will allow your practitioner to be prepared ahead of seeing you so you get the best possible value for your time. Please be as detailed as possible in this document, the more information the better.
• 3 days prior to your consultation you will receive an appointment reminder via SMS. Unless you need to reschedule there is no need to respond to this message.

• In your appointment confirmation you will receive an invite to a private Zoom conference room where your online consultation will be carried out. 
• If you are unable to access a stable connection at the time of your appointment, telephone consultation can be substituted. 
• If you are a first time customer at MTP Health you will also receive a digital intake form that we will need you to complete ahead of your appointment. Having this done will allow your practitioner to be prepared ahead of seeing you so you get the best possible value for your time. • On the day of your appointment when logging in to the private Zoom meeting room you will be placed in a digital waiting room until your practitioner admits you to the meeting room this is done to ensure your privacy.

Nothing to worry about, just send us and email or give us a quick call and we can sort that out for you and make sure you are booked in for the right appointment.

Absolutely, you will be able to save the booking confirmation to calender too, however you will be sent a SMS reminder of your appointment 3 days prior to the appointment booking.

Please just give us a call, the team can sometimes be a little creative and make some magic happen with the appointment schedule that won’t be possible booking online. So if you can’t find anything that works please give us a call (02) 9437-9794 so we can help.

Sorry, this you can’t do. At MTP Health we pride ourselves on ensuring that every person coming into our group programs is known to the team and that we are able to provide the highest quality of service. So ALL new participants in our group programs must first have an assessment with one of our team then is taken through a set of onboarding sessions one on one prior to joining the group.

There are absolutely no charges for changing your appointment if you give us a tiny bit of notice. As you could appreciate time is the life-blood of our business and if people dont show up we are missing out on an opportunity to help someone else. So, if you change your appointment or cancel with more than 24hrs notice there is no charge. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24hrs notice there is a cancelation fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment. If you do not show up without any communication you will be charged the full appointment fee.
