the Hip & Knee Program

6 weeks of specialised exercise designed to improve your hip & knee pain

Where do you start?

You will be taken through our comprehensive hip and knee assessment process. This is done in person, at the MTP Health clinic, with one of our Exercise Physiologists or Physiotherapists. Your hip and knee assessment results determine your current level of function, help set your goals and monitor your progress.

Based on your assessment results a personalised hip and knee exercise and education program is designed specifically for you.

We make sure that each & every week you're progressing. Every session you are supervised to make sure the quality of execution is ideal. After each 4 weeks carry out a comprehensive review and re-programming so you continue to improve.

How does it work?

Based on your particular hip and knee concerns, our team of Exercise Physiologists then develop a 6 week hip or knee rehab exercise plan targeting your unique strengths and weaknesses.

To ensure your program is always adapted exactly to you, your progress is re-assessed every 6 weeks with a new plan designed specifically for you so you get the results you deserve.

To start the program you receive personalised one on one program onboarding sessions that will enable you to learn your exercises under the close eye of one of our expert team of health professionals. Then depending on the stream of program you choose you will either join the small group sessions, take your program offsite to home or community gym or commence your one on one premium program sessions.
