Our MTP60 classes are perfect for early birds looking to build fitness and establish proper movement quality and training ability. These classes are a balance of cardio and strength training in a welcoming environment. We cater for all levels of ability and fitness so you need no minimum of fitness experience to participate!

A personalised training experience that lets you train with your partner or friends while getting professional help in a close environment. Our Exercise Physiologists and Personal Trainers tailor your classes to work on your weaknesses, rehabilitate, or achieve your personal goals.
Classes run regularly on weekdays and 11am on Saturdays
1 on 1 Personal Training
Whatever your goals, personal training can help you achieve your best results. If you are looking to gain strength, improve muscle tone, manage weight or learn new skills, our highly experienced Health Care Professionals will guide you through it all while paying close attention to your movement.
