Move Train Perform Marrickville will be located upstairs at CrossFit Marrickville (CFM). We feel very lucky to have the opportunity to work with Dave Buckley and his crew at CFM and CrossFit Inner West.
Our goal at Move Train Perform is to help as many people as possible move well, train hard and perform their best. And we see this as another huge step toward achieving this.
Exact opening dates will be announced soon but we are aiming to be operational by the end of January.
We will be providing all of our current services at Move Train Perform Marrickville: Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy.
So watch this space for more details coming soon..
For those North of the Harbour Bridge, don’t worry we will still be business as usual at our Artarmon clinic in CrossFit Active.
