How Lachlan Works

Individual and group exercise sessions

Exercise Programming

Programs built around the individual

Programs might include mobility, muscle activation, movement patterning, plyometric, strength and balance work, depending on the individual.

Lachlan’s Approach

Education comes first

EP

Understanding your pain or diagnosis

For Lachlan, education comes first. He starts by helping you understand your pain or diagnosis, along with simple lifestyle and behavioural changes you can put into practice straight away to ease symptoms, then sets goals together to build a six-to-twelve-week plan.

Progressive Rehabilitation

Building capacity over time

From there, he uses graded exposure and progressive overload to drive real physiological change — in mobility, strength, power and endurance — that improves how you function day to day and in the activities and sports you love.

Goals and Lifestyle

Creating a plan that fits you

Lachlan combines education, simple lifestyle and behavioural changes, goal setting and progressive exercise to build a plan around the individual.
